Seeing if anyone is wanting to lease 1-8 of my revenue power house domains. Not sure if ppl do this

Have 5 domains id be Willing to THINK about leasing (@@@Maybe @@@) selling 1 probably not.
5 because i picked 5 with different , substancially different tiers of dailyincome and/or CTR traffic quantities.
CTR of 5% can make only 20$/month with xx,xxx/month uniques - but thats because its in a stupid low niche like porn.

.5% CTR has made me 300$/month. (only 700 visits in that month so that means 3 or 4 clicks. (was 4) )
Hows this possible? I dont know. (not one of the ones im considering leasing or getting an offer for though)

If your wanting to lease or buy a domain that gets traffic with clicks not guaranteed, i have 2 that come to mind which i can least or sell. again, i dont know much , sonot sure if this is even wanted.

I have then domains which make a specific range of money some 10$+/- (with the possibility of +xxx$ more from the natural from of traffic , its impossible to say. you will make xxx $ exactly a month)
But i take 25% of the highest pay days throughout months and 75% of the lowest payout per days and make a median. Why? this way its an actually lower amount than you probably will get but a number that is guaranteed (based on studies from me and others) to make a certain of money a month)
some in the medium XX$ / month range, some high XX, some low XX and some between low side but medium end of it, and low side of medium xxx$. (lol example 190 being the first explained and 360 being the second. as 500 would be exact medium.) All a month im speaking about.

If you are interested, i only want offers on leasing. I will tell you a guaranteed amount minimum and show any proof youd like and if it comes out to be less than this, i will (depending on how much you pay and how long you rent) return 150% the difference for any month that this happens (ever heard someone say, " I dont bet unless I am certain I won't lose?" -- well thats pretty much what applies here.

Requirements for lease:
If you became a member within past 60 Days, i want to see a lot of activity and be able to give me other credible sites i can check to prove your sincerity. Otherwise I wouldnt be able to lease and im not certain Ill lend. (Being a business member doesn't change anything for this rule. If you have been here for 1 year and have < 20 likes, your in the same cup of tea)
Anyone thats a no-brainer on the trust, I have no problems leasing. (I'll just put a lien on your car house and any assets if you dick around on me. lol) *if you dont know what this means dont worry its not pertinent to know regarding this thread. If you do know what it means, then you know unless we sign a contract, it'd be a hard set of stairs to climb. lol

I have as many questions as you if this happends.
For sale. 2 Domains forsure, 1 maybe. 2 forsure are the ones with traffic that just comes in naturally from the PR + domain name. 150/month on one and i believe 250-300/month on the other.
The one i might sell that gets revenue too, notjust traffic, i dont know cost. So wed have to discuss.

I couldnt tell you cost on one you have that makes 5$ a month on parking .;let alone 20/50/120/350$~ a month domains.

My thoughts, 30% of my monthly revenue would be the cost of renting if purchased for more than 1 month
Less for less months more for more months.(more meaning, more money you keep, less you pay)
So if its 120$ guaranteed a month, you buy 6 months(which we can make a contract [sites that cost like 10$ to make an up-to-date , law abiding, dual state contract from an attorney are available for this. Binding any requirements and guaranteed by law.] if its felt needed)

Why am i doing this? -- For general curiousity it it works and the potentiallity of you wanting to buy after seeing unblemished monthly revenue. I.E. you invest a few hundred for a few months: guarantee = 200$+ a month. you buy 1 month for (costs more for 1 month) 90$, cashout after tax = 200$ minimum, possibility of much more. So thats like just doubling money. Or 75$ a month, paid 6 months in advanced example. thats 75$ more profit off the top made.
With the guarantee of any money not made that is guaranteed will be refunded that month(within 72 Hours of cashout period of that month) to cover the difference at 150% return. (so i guaranteed you 200$, one month you made 187$. 13$+ 7$ = 20$ returned(rounded up for 50% to 7) + 3% PP fee so 20.60$ refunded for the month. ## sounds crazy? may be, or maybe ijm just this confident when I make a proposal ##
