Although I will say the prices look too high, I've never sold any energy-related domains, so have no knowledge of the market.

Uranium mining companies can attract investors. Any half-assed investor would do some research before buying shares.
Whilst looking up information on a mining company (not Uranium), I've found other companies by Google and Yahoo! searches that I've then gone on to investigate too. If these companies had not been high on results pages then I may never have heard about them- one of them has even had a few £££s of shares bought by me- they weren't selling ore on their website but they got money out of me because of it.

So using this an example, somebody could in effect set up a 'shop winidow' for their uranium mining company with a view to getting people to purchase shares.

with my *limited knowledge* of mining, from what I know these are large companies.
I am pretty sure they would not be trying to shop for a 2 word domain to make it, otherwise, it is a fly by night operation.
most of them rely on their market name and investors, and not so much on search engine results to attract potential investors.
if they are that small that they need seo tweaking in such an expensive inductry, something is probably wrong IMO.

again, this is from my somewhat limited knowldge of a few mining companies.
I still think this is more of a PR stunt to attract visitors to the site.
