Sedo released its weekly report of domain sales; the top reported sale is Cardplus.com which was sold for $35,000 dollars.

Interesting dynamics of sales. Was not looking to them for years, but here are some good sales!

A wild report this week Poopeys.com sells literally got Poop in the name but there is a German website running Poopeys.de and they bought the .com.

Uplooder.net sells for $6500, HugeDomains.com offering the .com for $3895.

CardPlus GoDaddy est value $13,749.
Seeing this just gives a positive vibe. And it's showing 13k+ because the same domain was earlier sold for 10k. In another few days/weeks value for this domain would be shown more .
We always have to calculate the right price for our domain ourselves and wait for it.

I would never price domains based on a single tool's valuation and GoDaddy has a reputation of being off in their quoted values. Sedo shares a subset of their weekly sales as those under NDA aren't released but the set of data is extremely useful for us domain investors to use as a guide for valuation.
