Is it just me or does sedo have the worst support ever?

About a month ago they failed to answer one of my questions. I waited almost two weeks for a reply until my question became inactive. It seems like they completely ignored my inquiry.

This time around they replied to my question with a bunch of crap links that don't answer my question at all. Wtf is wrong with these people and the SEDO?

I think ANY company is only as good as the leverl of customer service they can provide. Right now I think santas christmas shop has a higher customer servic rating than sedo even can dream of.

I am really about to loose it with them and I'm pretty close to transfering all my domains somewhere else.

Anyone else had problems with them?

Yes. Terrible.

Just go to the Official Sedo thread, and you'll see a lot of complaints.

I use to have a pretty good contact via email... but suddenly never got any replies to it. Come to find out the lady no longer works for them.

I have used the Contact Form directly on the site and almost always get a reply in 24 hours or less. Like you said, often times the replies are the standard, BS generic reply.

The bigger the company often means the worse CS. They are likely understaffed and the CEO is likely over paid. Go figure.

Personally, I wouldn't trust Sedo as far as I could spit. In my opinion, anyone who trusts Sedo with their Social Security number is foolish.

I believe they are not an honest organization. I don't trust their auctions. I don't trust their ppc program.

Try ename.com :td: they make Sedo look like the most efficient company around.

But yes, must agree,Sedo are certainly not very good.

I haven't and I never will trust Sedo with any sensitive information. I've realized they're just wasting my time so I'm going to have to find a new place to park a ton of domains.

If anyone knows of a good place to park a bunch of domains (not only .com), please let me know.

DONT.NET - besides my question if anyone else has had problems with sedo, I just wanted to clear the air and shout that SEDO SUCKS and their support policies are a joke! :bah:

I haven't had the pleasure yet and based on your reply I probably won't :)

Sedo always takes up to week to answer any of my questions, if they even bother to reply. Very bad support IMHO.

Agreed. Sedo is the best marketplace with the best customer service.

I don't see why not, certainly for those with limited communication skills. :gl:

Wowsers, you get the feeling sedo is like 3 people in a back office somewhere. The first two support problems I had were with domains not showing up in the optimizer for days. Meanwhile, traffic was getting monetized but not going into my account!

Took half a week to show up.
