.us domain name must have name servers located in the USA right?
and sedoparking NS are located in german.

so, is it safe, to park .us domains with sedo?

Thanks Allan.

But I read the document provided in that thread and I could not find anything related to the obligation to have nameservers located in US.

Also, I can't see why the nameservers are so important, I can have nameservers in US, web server in China and mail server in Germany

Not disagreeing - as you probably saw from my comments in thread. However, the regulatory arm seems to think otherwise.
