Its not down, But its very slow. Not sure why

Thanks! I had been trying since early morning for a few hours and didn't work. It just worked now so I assume they found and tackled the bug/issue. But still slow...

Sedo and many other major websites have been exceedingly slow the last 48 hours or so. I was doing some tracerts and every time I noticed that Level3 seemed to be the cause of the latency. It seems better now, though.
