-a buyer placed a bid on sedo for a domain i owned.
-then i made a counter offer

now what sort of actions the buyer has there?

c. reject it and stop negotiations

in all occasions you can always accompany your counter-offer with a comment (I always do when I'm offering my 'final offer')
