Sedo "broker-assisted" auctions

So in about mid-December, when I wanted to put Poker.in, VegasCasinos.net, Blog.biz, and Oty.com on auction on Sedo, I got a nice dismissive reply from Keith at Sedo:

"Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. I’m glad that you have opted to utilize Sedo’s online marketplace to sell your domains. The brokerage department is not accepting any new requests for assisted auctions at least until the new year. Also, to clarify, reserve prices and running times are at the discretion of the better judgment of a hosting broker."

Since then, I've seen dozens, maybe even hundreds of obvious broker-assisted names put to auction...not just premium names with high reserves, but names with no bids with low minimum bids. So to me, his email says "Thank you so much, now F off maggot!" Maybe he didn't know I make up 1% of their Top Names list and have several hundreds of domains listed there...who knows.

Did anyone else get the cold shoulder from Sedo on these broker-assisted auctions? I just considered emailing Keith back and snapping at him a bit, especially since he may have lost Sedo the sale of Poker.in as I've got a couple eager buyers and may sell it pretty soon. I decided not to email him back though...I don't think it's worth it. Maybe it's just me, but I'm beginning to hate Sedo with a PASSION, I mean the way anti-M$ people hate M$. They're eager enough to add Poker.in and VegasCasinos.net to their top names list, but I'll be damned if I want to possibly get them SOLD on Sedo! Also, they forget to take a name off their listings after it's sold AND throw it on auction after it gets a bid! Then, they wait 4 days to refund the winner the thousands of dollars he paid immediately! I'm glad I could make you idiots some interest...thousands of dollars could not be that important to me...why not keep it another week?!

I also love the line in Keith's email "Also, to clarify, reserve prices and running times are at the discretion of the better judgment of a hosting broker" which he added because I noted the reserve prices and running times I want. Yea Keith, like the appraised value of Poker.in last year at $2,100 was the "better judgment" of a professional appraiser? if that's the case, then do domains always go up 900% in half a year? Because I had offers up to $20,000 on it less than half a year after buying it, all on your very website! I'll call your hosting broker's judgment "better" when you prove it, Keith!
