Sedo and "TM violations"

Hi All,

I tried to park my new domain name: osama bin laden (dot)US at Sedo today and got their standard "Violates German trademark law..." message.
Doesn't Sedo accept "notoriety" domain names?

I got a very nice letter back from Sedo explaining why:

I completely understand your point, and I agree that some of the names on this list could also cause offense.
Therefore I have delisted kill****.com and kill*******.com.
However, the others are not necessarily offensive, and could for example be used for educational purposes and not only to show controversial or offensive material.
With such a huge database, it is difficult to monitor the domains entering our system, and for some reason your domain was rejected by our system, whereas sadamhussein.name was not (this is presumably because Sadam is misspelled).

I apologise for the inconvenience and hope you can appreciate our position on this.
