Secure Domain Selling HELP!

I have looked everywhere for a secure fast way to sell a domain and have found none, i was thinking about escrow but some one could still scam me , because i have to give them the domain first then they can just tell escrow they did not get the domain and not pay me . I am not sure how i can sell secure ?

paypal is not a option because everytime i sell a domain they charge back and steal my money.I Was thinking of selling my domain on namecheap.com because all my domains are there example:http://www.namecheap.com/marketplace/for-sale.asp?mp_id=10004 anyone els have any options?????

You push the domain to the escrow company first, then you get your money (From the escrow company), then they push the domain to the buyer, so they know that the buyer got it.

That's the point of an escrow arrangement.
