Could you guys help me appraise this 9 year old domain?
I recently acquired it for a good price.

I think it has a great value for many things such as: Home designers / contractors / blog about "bedroom adventures" / Swinger dating site etc.

Please let me know your thoughts.

In my opinion I think it has some potential and may be brandable. However, I find it a bit long. I would say high $xx to low $xxx.
