domain SearchForJobs.net domain appraisal please

Hello and thanks for checking out my thread. Looking for an appraisal of my domain name SearchForJobs.net.

I registered the name over 3 years ago and have been operating it as a job/career web site since that time. Site is PR4 and has always received good traffic. Even though it is a .net, the name contains very relevant keywords that are searched frequently in search engines, namely "search jobs" or "search for jobs".

A penny for your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

As a developed site or as just the domain?

Developed it would depend on your revenue...As/is I would say its a good name, easy to remember..The .net hurts it a little but not too much I don't think..seeing as the keyphrase "job search" gets over 200k OVT I am sure it's gotta have some value..With the PR and the fact its getting traffic and has been reg'd a while..I would say high XXX, possibly low X,XXX

I was more curious about just the name itself. I mostly mentioned the web site because that affects the name's value, due to the fact that the PR and traffic are attached to it.

If I ever sold the name the site would definitely go with it; the site makes about $800 a year.
