Search refinement

I can't find search tool link on home page.

Once I find it (in a sub-forum), searching for a term like "4d" or "ws" yields no results.

You won't be able to find search results for '4d' or 'ws' because those search terms are too short. 'ws' would bring up everything with 'ws' in it across the forum... which would be A LOT of posts

'.ws' works fine though.

Also, I can see the search tool just fine on the homepage. It's located in the top right hand corner, just above the 'Join Live Chat' and 'Upgrade Today' images.

"site:namepros.com 4d" (strip out quotes) -- About 349 results
"site:namepros.com ws" -- About 6,730 results

Correct, the search box is an IE bug being worked on at the moment.

On another Note, if you just want to sort results by extension, you can now click on the extension prefix at the start of a sales thread and it will sort the page to only show domains for sale with that extension prefix.

You can't find Sweet FA with the search capabilities here. I can find what I want using Google (the thread at least)... then search the thread for the same word? Nothing. The page Google has? Wrong.

I can't find anything. Ever.

When is someone going to rebuild the index? Or do something? Might cut down on some of the "I got offered $270,000 for my domains..." posts. Could even be sending potential googlers to DNF and other sites when Google searches don't let at the right NP page.... I'm thinking of upgrading to DP.
