Search feed recommendations?

I am looking for a search feed to power a private label search engine.

I prefer using Yahoo, but my initial search volume is probably not enough to go directly to Yahoo.

What companies use the Yahoo feed and are reliable and have good payouts?

Are there sources better than Yahoo?

What is the revenue split? Can I get a split of 80% (Hal) / 20% (provider)? Better?
