I agree with sdsinc, I'd take a a 200-250-300$ offer on this. Just a few minutes search and I could make up some free names which are comparable to this one.

To be honest it is worth low $xxx. $100 - $200. But if it is via Sedo or email you can always start high and then negotiate down to a final price. But you should be able to hit low $xxx with it.
