Script To Run Website!

Im after a script to run my website so that others can update it, and im wondering if there is a script available or how much am i looking at for getting something like this made.

This Script will have to do the following...

Its for a football fansite so..

Latest News (Like Cutenews)
Be able to update the league table
Add a updated Match Report
Update fixture list
Be able to control forum/gallery (not essential)
Sort out advertising on the website.


And i may need extra things added at a later date, just depends really..

It's kind of old now but what about a phpnuke site?

With some keen customizations it doesn't look anything like phpnuke and it should do everything you want.

You could even get a Blog to cover your requirement.

how would i get a blog to cover what im after? and what blog would you reccommend. Ive never used phpnuke as it as never really appealed to me!

Well, WordPress can do most of what you need.
You can setup categories
You can define access rights for other people
The template system is a little tricky, but very flexible.
Plenty of mods around for all sorts of things.
With a little php coding you can also integrate your own applications.
I've even seen a forum integration somewhere, but I can't remember where.
