For sale is my perfected domain-data script and data sources. You guys
may not know it, but websites that just provide some data about URLs
develop pretty amazing automatic traffic. In the past year I was able to
bring 2 domain data sites from no traffic to ~1000 unique visitors a day
(one around 900uniques/day, the other around 1200-1500). The site with
1500 uniques/day earns $10.00/day on average (~$3.6k/yr). There is no
work needed on a daily basis and the only cost is the monthly hosting
cost plus some SEO work to start it off. The traffic is ~93% SEO and
very high from the U.S. (because of my effective sources). Please see

Many of these sites exist online (websiteoutlook, cubestats, etc.,) and
the competition is getting fiercer as time passes, so now the trick to
getting decent traffic is to have the best data source to determine
which domains you need to rank for to get valuable traffic. If you try
searching a domain you own, you can see right away there are several
results by these domain statistic websites.
What I am offering for sale is the code and domain selection methods
that I have learned through my two sites over the past year and most
importantly the data sources I determined were best for those two sites.
The data source and methods I developed determine which domains are best
to create pages for and by having a higher percentage of these the
quality of the visitors is much higher resulting in the much higher
advertising earnings. It also increases the likelihood of the pages
being indexed.
As many SEO techniques as possible are built into the system and it
provides an easy way to modify the site to look exactly as you want it
to look. Advertisement integration is easy and robust. Everything is
built with a Model View Controller (MVC) design, so making any
customization you wish will be very easy.
Based on my calculations, I should be able to sell 5 of these licenses
without diluting my share of the market. Please keep in mind that it
will take several months before you are making $5/day. This is not a
get-rich-quick type of site, but it is proven and I have carefully
tested to make sure it works. This is the main reason that I waited for
a whole year before considering selling the script.
As for pricing, here is the breakdown:
I will be selling only Five (5) licenses to use the script and data
sources (one has already been sold) I will be very careful to make sure
they are only used 5 times max to protect both my sites and your future
sites. The price for each license is $250.
If you want customization of the script that can be provided (we can
negotiate the pricing for that in PM). I can also have one of my
programmers professionally install it and offer 1 free hour of tech
support for and additional 100$.
Alternatively, I am also offering someone the ability to get all four
licenses for $800. You will be authorized to use the script on 4
separate domains.
The third option would be to buy an unlimited license (and resale
rights) for $1,500. In this case, you can use the script and data source
on as many domains as you would like.
For the 4 licenses at once deal and the unlimited license, the sale
would be to only one person and the script or sources will never be sold
again. I can sign an agreement for this.
