Need an advice on a screen recording software to make some video tutorials.

You could try FRAPS, but that's a demo mode and I believe it comes up with the "FRAPS DEMO" text on your videos... A quick google also showed me this: http://camstudio.org/

Tutorial recording software

There some good screen recorders for making software tutorials.
For Mac, My suggestion is ScreenFlow.
For PC, I would recommend DemoCreator and Captivate.

I'm on windows vista PC.

I've tried camstudio but very slow and with poor quality.

I've used Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp) in the past.

And... for screen grabs I use their Snagit tool on a daily basis.
