Hi guys,

what are your views on ScottishFlats.com?
This is a premium real estate name with good potential for development. "Flats" is used more commonly than the term "apartment" in the UK.

Views appreciated as always

Considering 90% of glasgow alone is flats I think you have a nice gem there.

Develop ! B-)
Undeveloped my shot would be in the mid-$$$ range

that's a decent name kev, but would take a lot of marketing. I have rentalscotland.com which would also need lots of marketing cash so I just parked it for now.
Do you intend to develop it?

i dont really have much time to develop names these days so i will probably just hang on to it for a couple of years. Thanks for all the views so far!

any others?

Absolutely brilliant domain with a lot of potential development. Even as a reseller value I'd say this is worth mid $xxx... and to the right end-user a lot more. Hang onto this one, absolute winner!

I personally think this would be on the low $xxxx scale, but where I am (Australia) might use the word "flats" more than the average place.

Definitely Lots of potential! :o
