Reg fee domain, I'm afraid. Doesn't really mean anything so I can't really picture an end-user. If you have a development idea then great, run with it. Perhaps you could outline it to us and we could give you feedback?

Well it does have a meaning. its its a slang term. 326k results on google so someones using it...lol
