I think it is kinda catchy.. ScoopJournal.com.

I'm not sure how news related DNs do in the re-sale market. Or I guess it could be an ice cream website too.. or actually anything that you have to scoop.
If you want a quick re-sale then I would say high $x to low/mid $xx. (just a guess)

Put some rss news on it!!
Give it a nice layout, some ads, get some traffic, linkpartners and sell it for low xxxx or enjoy the money the ads will generate...
