Well, I don't know about that word but if that word justify the creation of a site about that, then It could have some value for some Austrian person, but otherwise $0

The extension only brings in value for extremely strong key words. You can still hand register a number of one word medical condition domain names that are shorter than yours in the .at extension, so i would say the value is registration fee.
