This is my primary schools webpage i was wondering what would need to be improved to make it more professional do you think?

It is a nice clean page but I am curious as to where the navigation section will be placed for the rest of the site? What else will the site include?

Where's your doctype?

You should be using h1 & h2 as apposed to images.

It's better if you use divs/css over tables. You have more control over what you can do and tables should only be used to display tabular data, not layouts. I see it was created in Dreamweaver so I guess it's not your fault.

Is the layout going to remain the same? Because if it is the content area is quite thin. It might be a good idea considering making it taller to fill the whole browser window, there's quite alot of white space at the bottom.

Other than that it's quite nice and I like it. However, the colours are a bit dull. I realise they're the schools colours but maybe pick out the blue from the logo and make the background a pale blue to make it that little more interesting. Just a thought.

Yea it looks nice but instead of making change the width to 770 so 800 x 600 dont have to scroll sideways

Yeah, not too bad...actually quite matching for a primary school. I've designed for my high school once, but didn't really take off unfortunately...
Otherwise, thumbs up!

That is very clean and nice. I would say the red color on the links is a bit dark. I know it is the school colors, but it is semi-hard to read. Other than that, great design.
