Could I get an appraisal and advice on this domain.
Should I develop it?

IMHO, it would depend on what it was doing parked. I noticed it was a search, what does it do with 1 click links? I like it in that it has direct meaning for someone looking for scented pine cones. It is something that seems to be popular to some extent in the craft world, like Martha stewart ect.. Some Businesses that come up on google are Target, amazon, hgtv, Ebay, Shopping, ect.. and various crafts related stuff. Some smaller ones perhaps for end user sales (pun not intended). How many of them can be used as affiliates? like amazon ect...not exactly sure on how that would do. You may also be able to sell small ad space for those candle, herbal, crafts people who deal in pine cones along with other things because you have the direct name for what they are selling.

I just noticed that it is fresh..... I would see how it does parked, if development is easy than I would also consider that partly based on the above.

It's worthless unless you sell scented pinecones (is there such a thing?)

I think any real value would come from a developed site.. otherwise mid - high xx at most from crafters.
