What I learnt from these wild, eye-opening exchanges (see below):
(1) If I no longer agree with the user/privacy agreement, I should close my account right now while it is still in good standing
(2) It's best to change checking account or fill out an ACH cancellation form at the bank
(3) A limited account can only be closed (agreement terminated?) if it is first delimited
(4) Personally, these were very scary stories and I have since been trying to avoid Ebay and other activities which require Paypal services
