With .tv, 1-word names IMO really have to be TV related. I have fallen under that trap as well with Gasoline.tv and Databases.tv, 2 GREAT keywords with high search amounts and many exts taken, but they are getting no bids, no inquiries, no traffic...no nothin'! That said, Drip.tv falls under that category and is worth IMO reg fees or less. You could make a point that Scared.tv could be used for a horror movie site, but with it being the past tense verb, one of the worst in domains (Scarily.tv would be the worst

), I think that is also reg fees or less.
.ws is not a great market overall, and with 1-word domains in it, high search amounts are really necessary to get yourself some profit. "Unexplained" unfortunately does not have high search amounts, only 2,508 in OVT, and I would say you would need about 50,000 at least to get a .ws worth $50 or more. Also, you have to ask yourself "why would someone buy this name? What would they use it for?" and that's a difficult question to answer for this name. So I think you're also looking at reg fees or less for this name.
It's difficult when you first branch out from .com. You'll find the market is so much smaller that you really have to do a lot of searching and only get the very best names you can find, ones iwth high search amounts, many extensions taken, obvious use and appeal, etc. I just dumped 4 .cc names for less than 1/5th the money I've put into them over the last 2 years because I had previously focused more on the word being short and cute and not on practical use of the name. It happens to the best of us!
Good luck with these and on future names!
