It looks like the domain's about 8 years old and was originally registered by Palin's campaign back when she was running for Mayor of Alaska. Her campaign might even be willing to buy the domain off you.

I don't see any precedents on NameBio for domain sales involving U.S. vice presidents, although Estibot does appraise DickCheney.net at $4300.

SarahPalin.net is definitely a great name. The keywords are great considering the search term "Sarah Palin" is one of Google's most-searched keywords now. So I would say you could get somewhere in the $xxx range. If McCain and he are elected, then I would say it would be more low $xxxx range.

I believe she can just come and take the domain off you if she wants, I know celebrities and sports people can and I assume the same would apply to famous politicians. That would make the domain worth $0. However, I dont think that is very likely so this does have value IMO in the low $xxx range.
