My first thought was sanding? as in what can you say and making it fit the extension.
After seeing your post I changed my mind a bit. If it could be developed as a 'how to' about sanding/refinishing floors and woodwork etc. With the current interest in 'do it yourself' home restoration it might work.

A well developed informational site might generate some ad revenue from paint, varnish, millwork, hardwood flooring and maybe restoration hardware suppliers. Affiliate with 'how to' book sellers.

Without development reg fee +- but developed with traffic you might find a company to fork out a couple C notes or so.

One mans opinion but I have often been told I don't know S***.

The name is worth $5- $7 undeveloped but it has good development potential. The extension also fits the domain.
