Same name new website

A few months ago i requested a review for my site http://noobgamers.com/ like 2 months ago i changed the website look. I call it Noob Gamers v2.0

love the banner, very eye catching. the about us as the 4th link in the middle of the page throws me, as the user off though. and i know as a user i hate seeing ads before any content, but as a developer i know its the most attention grabbing and there isnt many other place to put it =/.

i dont know what im suppose to look for, not really a gamer, but from an asthetics point of view - it looks real good to my eyes...
