Sales Templates

I'd like to see the sellers of websites and domains be required to fill out a sales template.

The template would have all the basics, any traffic, income, PR, registrar, expiration, starting price, reserve if any, ect. That way you won't get a lot of useless posts of people asking for this or that. Plus, if someone takes 5 or 10 minutes to fill it out you know they are at least slightly serious about selling and not just wasting everyones time.

Anyway, I think it'd make things look a bit more professional. :sold:

I think that's a good idea. There's a lot of sales threads lacking sufficient details

An appraisals template would be good too (For the lister and the appraiser). Maybe even bump it to 3 or 4 NP for a complete appraisal template post.
