I'm intending to sell http://www.techfrenzy.net due the same lack of time everyone mentions
Now, it's a tech related forum in two languages, with a custom template, a few installed mods, but a great ranking in Google (no PR yet since the website is new, but promising since the domain appears in 40.000 searches).

Most of the traffic comes from StumbleUpon and revenue is little (~$10 / month).
