I don't see any value in these, my advice is stay away from these new extensions unless you can get a premium keyword and even then, its a big risk

I additionally see no value in the keyword/gTLD combo selected. Additionally, there are no benchmarks as of yet to determine a value for .house and .club gTLD if you were to have a premium keyword or phrase.

However, you must also consider risk vs. reward. Think of domaining as an investment like the stock market. A good example of this would be the IPO of Facebook. It was considered overvalued, went down and some exited while they still could. Look at where Facebook stands now. If those that saw the risk and exited couldn't foresee the reward, they lost out on a long term capital gain.

With gTLD's, be selective and choose wisely to protect your investment.

Thank you for your advice. I think that the .club gTLD has a good chance to become popular. I'm not so sure about the others, though - I think we need to wait for about a year.
