I thought it could be good as a travel site dedicated to the safest places for travellers...

Doing a google search for: safe destinations seems to put the domain fairly high...but that don't mean much if no-one is looking for it

Anyway...whatchya' think it's worth? I also regged the hyphenated version...

A Google search would only determine your potential competition for top ranking. Using quotes (which is the proper method to search), we find only 900+ results which means it would be very easy to rank #1.

The term "safe destinations" has no OVT, meaning it's not being searched for.

Needs branding and development in some manner in my opinion.. low xx - mid xx undeveloped.

i think its brandable. i like it. its just more about development for now, rahter than for selling.

Thanks for responding, it's appreciated. I agree with both of you that it would be best to develop it...I think a site that offered tips, reviews, photos, guides to the safest placest for people to travel it would be worth alot more than a domain name...I guess this is the case with alot of domains...

I'm not sure on the Goggle thing...when I do a search for : Safe Destinations with no quotes there are 1.4 million matches...when I do : "Safe Destinations" in quotes I get over 10,000 matches...I'm not sure where there is only 900 matches but maybe I don't get it...that happens alot!

Anyway...I agree with both of you...I think since I like travelling it would probably be fun to develop the name instead of trying to just move the domain...

oops, sorry.. was using Moola search which is "powered by Google". If you actually use Google and search with quotes, you get 10k+.

Searching without quotes is inaccurate as it gives you hits for safe, destinations, and safe destinations. And, as I said, this is only showing you the number of times these words appear on a site. It does not indicate the number of times these words are searched for. Overture shows you how many times a word or phrase is searched for, not Google.
