I'm looking to sell saddam.com (http://www.saddam.com) within the next month. I'll gladly hold on to it longer, but it looks like this is probably the right time to initially try and let it go. Saddam is in the news multiple times a day now.
The site gets ~3.4k uniques/week, adsense CTR is averaging ~8% (with lots of double digit days), daily earnings are ~5$. Yearly this would be just under 2k$. I haven't had the time to build the traffic more, but it's definitely capable of earning a respectable amount. If it doesn't sell, I'll keep building the site.
It's continually increasing its PR (varies between 4 to 5 recently), and it's climbing the search engine ranks after only a month, being on the front page of Altavista for "saddam" now.
Saddam.com is currently registered at Godaddy, and any transaction would be done via Escrow.com, buyer pays fees.
BIN is at 12,000$ for the domain and entire site as it currently exists, and all offers via PM will be considered.
