and the entertainment of "leapfish" - i hate thoise automated appraisals, although they have got somewhat better recently.
i mean thats 2 quite a different figures, 591 or 58,000 - which is it!
well ive been offered about $1000s for it, im debating whether i should take it and run or hope that i get a higher offer. im asking for a little more but there dragging there heels....
