I cant seem to convert to click though

Does any one have a good keyword to optimise this site

Well it looks like your keyword is extreme, and there are lots of extreme things. Just try a few of these different things, and see which one is the most successful:

Sports
Games
Bungee Jumping (which is a sport)
Perhaps even an adult keyword? Extreme means the same as hardcore pretty much...

Stop thinking along the lines of "where to park", and instead think of "how to monetize".
If it's Russian traffic, maybe a single page site with affiliate links would perform better. Or a small content site with Adsense would at least give some content based ads geo-targetted to the traffic.
