Russian domain name spams me a day every day

what is with the russian domain name owner who has ultradrugbuy.cOM?

my blog has nothing to do with drugs and i get hourly blasts of spam to the point i cant even use my email. I get page after page of spam notifications from my blog.

isn't there a law against spamming someone every day endlessly with unwanted script comments?

edit your htaccess file and block the ip from your blog.

I had this thread moved here because this is best handled through technical rather than legal means. Besides, AFAIK there's no specific law banning against comment spam or similar other than the U.S. CAN-Spam Act, and even using legal means can be costly.

Are you getting email notifications from your blog of, say, comments that turn out to be spam? If you're using WordPress, try Akismet and Simple Trackback Validation.
