I think there is good promise in this domain based on the sales above, lots of people aspire for the 'Rural Life' and to escape from the city, obviously comfort is a good word to link with this, just not sure how to go about marketing it and would be nice to know what price point to aim for.

Got me on that one, at least partially! I included the previously sold names for comparison as trying to trying to demonstrate the value I see in the domain as justification for purchasing, obviously to just say 'I like the sound of it' doesn't really hold up to much scrutiny so I thought it would at least do the name a service to show why I think it might have some value.

In any case thanks for your thoughts/advice, no offense taken :)
