There are plenty of rumors going around about what might happen in the coming weeks. This chat log is the source of some of the rumors.
Looks like cryptsy is one of the exchanges, but they have not had action against them from the goverment so who knows. These are rumors and the chat logs could be faked. The link to them was posted on bitcointalk a few weeks ago. There has been a lot of chatter about all of this recently. Also the elections are coming up on Nov. 4th and the US goverment likes to combine things as they did in the past when clamping down on online poker.
