When/If in doubt, please PM me or any one of us here at Admin/Staff.

Please include in the Sales/Auction listing(s) information about where the domain(s) are currently Registered (the Registrar), and corresponding Expiration Date(s), as well ... this can help potential Buyer(s) to best decide and make an informed and more timely decision.

If the initial post mentions nothing of Paypal's fees (or "net of Paypal's fees", along those lines) ... something like "add 2.9% to cover Paypal's fees", then it cannot be added later at the conclusion of the sale! :cy:

We as Staff™ recommend that people do not rely on OVT ("with extension") numbers alone. Any traffic domain(s) should be backed up with actual web stats, IOHO!

And, of course, we will be vigilant in monitoring these types of threads/claims and take the necessary steps against those who purposely misrepresent their names / stats ... as we have always done.

If the initial post does not mention a Reserve Price or Mininum Bid Amount, than it cannot be added after a bid has been posted. Having a reserve price is an acceptable practice and within the rules. - just don't add, delete or change the auction terms after a bid has been made.
