It's a niche market, but being a Ruby programmer myself it has certain value. Without any sort of development, I'd appraise it at $70-$90 on the current market (due to the topic being timely). That's an end-user price, because otherwise it's very limited in its uses.

Developed, however--that's a completely different story.
