Rss mini problem - Please help me out

i have a little problem with RSS mini template

the problem:

Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /home/triston/domains/triston.net/public_html/news.php on line 149

i have this on every page..

how can i fix this???

Ask your host why PHP is running in safe mode - or remove the set_time_limit() from every page

thank you Mikor, i will ask my host why its running in safe mode.. and if he dont want to change it.. i will delete the set_time_limit()

but if i delete it.. it wont hurt the page????
