I'd like to add rss feed capabilities for my web site, but do NOT want to do it manually. I do not want to add the xml file to my server and manually add each piece of content as I go.

I want it to be automatic, as if I was back using wordpress.

Anyone know how this can be done?

You can make a script in PHP that will take the content from database.

Parse it in XML format.

You can use .htaccess to make it .xml instead of .php

Thanks.

As mentioned, you would have to make your own PHP script that would read the database and update the xml RSS file automatically. You could then also set a cron job to update run the PHP script so that your RSS feed gets automatically updated.
