I have been using a site that comes pretty accurate to others that have sold for the prices they are claiming. It uses the keywords in your domain and compares it to Altavistas search results. I did yours and came back with $14,000,000. Which nowdays even though you have a dot net extention its still worth a lot for a one word domain name.
