I was thinking it could be developed into a fan site about him. Any other suggestions for how to develop the above name?

He is a well known international singer.

I think that low-mid $xx is something you could get undeveloped for it in the reseller market.
I like celebrity names.info, because they fit the extension very well, and it is easy to be developed, and then memorized. 18k OVT is very huge, and you could get a lot of traffic with a good SEO.
Potential is far much bigger than current reseller value.

$40-$60 with this one, but I like the way you thinking about developing it, Yes Ronan Keating is a famous singer, so this means, with the right keywords used in the content, google will put up ads that link to his merchandise, accessories, etc. you have a great opportunity to earn with google ads. Sure Clicks!!!

You could also make it a forum or a blog site, there's a lot of information on the internet about him, his biography, his story, you know all the things that come with the celebrity lifestyle, why not just add to that, might get a lot of type in traffic from Ireland and Western Europe!!!

As long as the site would be an informative one, about Ronan Keating, and it would not be a merchant site, with products about him (thus profiting from the TM), I think no one will bother, and there should be no case.
And .info means informative, I think you just could not develop it in something commercial. There are a lot of fan sites of actors in other tld's than .com, and never heard a case in which they would sue the domainers that own the other extensions.

I just wanted to clarify some, was in a hurry previously. If you want to avoid legal issues you tend to have to run this type of domain as a "fan site" and fan sites are typically only worth the value of their traffic and in a case like this domain, it means you must develop it and get it traffic which can take time.

If you build the site up enough, you might be able to sell it but I think honestly you would probably make way more in a year from the traffic than you would from trying to unload it on someone.
