As you already will have seen from the links provided it could stand for "Republic of India" among many other things including, "return on investment", applicable of course to any country

I can see this name going for $150-$300 atleast at this time. It's obviously a very popular acronym (Return on investment), used in the field of business, where coincidentally, the money is.

My opinion is if its worth $150-300 it was taken in the first week available .in registrations. This guy took it mm 2 weeks into the registration? I stand corrected i didnt know what ROI means. I would put this at $XX level (mid).
