Low xxx$. Altough it doesn't fit properly the extension, it could still be developed nicely. Most .org sites have nothing to do with the extension anyway.

I thought because rofl is such a common word it would be worth a lot more, even as a .org i thought it would be high $xxx's?

Is it because of the extension? If it was .net would it be worth more?

Correct, .net would forsure be worth more. As they posted above the .org does hurt the value quite a bit however, its still a great name and could easily be branded into a nice humor type site. low-med $$$ to the right person IMO.
Maybe hang onto it for awhile, it will increase.

How much do you estimate the rofl.net is worth? I own the .org but i know the person who owns the .net. He has told me he definatly wont sell the .net, but am i curious how much difference there would be in the value.

.nets usually command 10% of the value of a .com, and more or less similar for .org, although many people believe it's much less, regardless of many popular .orgs (Slashdot.org and Wordpress.org being among them).

rofl.org could go for low $xxx. Maybe more, and definitely so for end-users.

You have to understand that you should not categorize rofl.org as just a 4-letter (LLLL.org) domain (though it is), as it has special meaning as a popular acronym, and therefore should be valued more that way.
