Below are pms that were sent to me after i won, he asked me to pay 175$ is it fair, we agreed to 100$ not fair but i did, but then i checked his account info also with 1and1 and called them and they said he could not transfer the name, as it was reg. 28th nov. they do not let you set up a free account like GD, and they do not push for 60 days, so i was worried about the transfer, but the person i spoke with said that he could give me his username and password and take his acct. over. When i asked him this he said no problem, he let me in but only to an area that was not the name. I saw he had another name in the account that i did not want and told him, he said it was not to be in the account in 5 days, not to worry. Then told me when i get the account please remove my Credit Card info IM TRUSTING YOU he said, thats strange, Right? I don`t feel right about this tranaction and now he is being nasty, telling me he was going to leave me bad feedback on a transaction he botched and raised the price. CAN I FEEL SAFE WITH THIS DEAL? When i went to pay pal him i wanted to see if he was verified, and he was not, when i told him he sent a verified email all the while asking for the money over and over, CAN I GET MY MONEY YET? he agreed to take 50$ now and 50$ in a few days, and said he would transfer the name now , again saying Im trusting you. I wanted to do the 50/50 so i could make sure i got the name transfered. I don`t have any info on him, email or anything, when i went to the who is with1and1 with the cpanel on the account he did not fill in the correct info, the phone was like 516516516 and he hand no name or address it was made up, and he gave an email that i sent an email and never got an answer.

Sorry I could not get back to you, there was a death in my family, and I had to fly out to New Jersey on an instant notice. While I was away i recevied alot of private offers to buy this domain not thru the auction, but thru buying it now. The highest a person offered was 150. But I feel bad because you were the only person who properly bidded on this auction. The people who did the private bids are sending the exact same type of private messages that you have been sending, due to the nature of this domain. I am willing to sell it to you for 175, that is the lowest i can do or it will go to the private bidders. I am sorry.
P.S.- if you do buy this domain, except offers from offical aerosmith sites with large cash amount. I got an email from an aerosmith sony site for $500, I could not accept though because they did not do it thru paypal, and that is the only payment method i am capable of doing
