Well, I see your thinking behind the RoboCar name, and agree it could make a nice brand for a self-driving car.

The problem with this type of domain is it is very niche, so it requires someone to produce a self-driving car, and then decide to call it RoboCar, and then want to buy it from you. This makes the likelihood of a sale very low, although it could happen. If it ever did, you would have to ask a decent amount.

All of that said, as the market stands, it is the .com that would be the domain wanted.

thats said , my thought process was that

1) plenty of companies will produce self driving cars -check
2)robocar is a good name so i can see companies going for a name like that as a first choice -check
3)can understand they will go for com for sure the best domain , but what if com is taken and being used?
4) i kinda count on the The & My to give something
5) agree about not selling for cheap
