Very creative work, soundbites. There are those that turn their noses up at word or "letter play" of this nature. But, I'm not one of them. I think that despite the .tc cctld, the fact that this is a 2LL base name and spells out ROTC makes this a unique domain w/ very high end-user potential. I think that at retail level, you are looking at the low-mid $xxxx range.

to edu -> I wanna make a redirection/subdomain service for Romania (not only). People with free hosting (like geocities etc.) can choose a smaller Domainname for free like Name.ro.tc

Oh... I saw ROTC "Reserve Officer Training Corps", an on campus military training program that I assume is still quite big here in US.
